Since 19XX LGC has offered specialized knowledge and expertise in the areas of water and waste water treatment plants; water system improvements; conveying systems; asset operation and maintenance; in-place rehabilitation of circular and non-circular sewers; drainage, distribution and collection systems; filtration plants; dikes, dams and floodwalls; and rehabilitation of outfalls and water main / sewer lines using traditional excavation and trenchless technologies.  Project work in the municipal infrastructure field totals close to $1B.


LGC has more than 12 years of Federal Government contracting experience, performing more than $2B worth of construction services with various government entities including the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Department of Air Force, Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC), U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, General Services Administration (GSA), and many others utilizing design-build and bid-build delivery methods.  Contract vehicles have included single-award procurements as well as numerous ID/IQs (JOCs, MACCs, MATOCs, SATOCs, and SABERs).


LGC’s facilities management experience includes full facility operations, maintenance, custodial services, and grounds keeping including energy management, preventive maintenance and repair of all primary plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and support systems. Markets currently served in this capacity include health care, commercial, and educational facilities. LGC manages facilities for the Detroit Public Schools, 3 local healthcare facilities, and is executing a 3-year, 62-facility asset maintenance program for Detroit Water and Sewerage Department.
